How Klasowo collects, uses, protects and shares personal data. Last updated: 17 October 2026.

Controller and contact

The data controller is Krzysztof Różycki, operator of Klasowo24.pl. Privacy inquiries: panel@klasowo24.pl.

Data processed

• Account details: full name, email, password hash, verification and activation status.
• Class membership, roles, children’s names, guardian–child relationships and school/class details.
• User-generated content including announcements, events, polls and votes, tasks, contributions, payment statuses, expenses, receipts and participation confirmations.
• Technical data needed for service operation and security, including IP address, logs, diagnostics and timestamps.
• Family/class access status, trial and licence data, Google Play purchase tokens and order identifiers used to verify payments.

Klasowo does not receive card numbers or full payment-card details. In-app payments are handled by Google Play.

Purposes

We use data to create and protect accounts, manage class permissions and family access, provide organisational features, administer the 14-day free trial and annual access, verify Google Play transactions, send activation codes and service notices, maintain security, respond to requests, and improve the service.

Legal bases

As applicable: performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests such as security and operation (Article 6(1)(f)), and consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)).

Children’s data

The service is intended for adult parents and guardians. Children do not register accounts. Their details are supplied by guardians. A date of birth, national ID (PESEL) or health information is not required for basic use.

Recipients

Data may be visible to authorised members of the same class according to roles and functionality. Necessary service providers may process data for hosting, infrastructure and email. Google handles distribution and Google Play payment data under its own policies. We do not sell personal data, provide it to advertisers, show ads or conduct advertising profiling.

Security

HTTPS protects connections; passwords are hashed. Authorisation, role permissions, restricted database access, backups, security updates and administrative access controls are used.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and class data while providing the service. After account deletion, data is removed or anonymised unless retention is needed for security, accounting, legal obligations or claims. Backup copies may persist for a limited backup cycle. Demo classes expire automatically.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing depends on it. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Service emails

Account activation, security, important legal and administrative messages may be emailed when necessary to deliver the service.
