Klasowo Terms of Service

Rules governing Klasowo24.pl, the Klasowo mobile application and related services. Effective 17 October 2026. Version 1.0.

Summary: Klasowo helps adults organise activities for children attending the same class. Each user has a separate account; access depends on class membership and permissions. It is not a school messaging service, electronic school register or service provided by a school.

1. Service provider and contact

The operator is Krzysztof Różycki (“Operator”), operating Klasowo24.pl. For technical, billing, legal and privacy matters contact panel@klasowo24.pl. The mobile app is distributed through Google Play and, during tests, authorised channels specified by the Operator.

2. Scope

Klasowo helps manage class contributions and payment status, expenses and receipts, events and attendance, polls, task assignments, announcements, class members, children, guardians and organisational roles. Features may evolve without infringing rights arising from paid access.

3. Users and accounts

• Only adult parents, legal guardians and other adults entitled to participate in class organisation may use the service.
• Each person uses their own account. Sharing passwords and impersonation are prohibited.
• Registration requires a genuine full name, working email address and password. Email is verified using an activation code.
• Users must protect their credentials and keep relevant account data current.

4. Classes, children and guardians

A user may create a class or join one using an invitation code; approval may be required. The same child can be linked to more than one guardian, each with a separate account. Joint guardians share the child association within that class. Siblings in the same class are billed as one family; children in different classes are billed separately per family and class.

5. Roles

The app supports roles such as class owner, chairperson, deputy, treasurer and parent. Roles control permissions but do not create a legal relationship between the Operator and a school, parent council or class committee. Vacant roles and class ownership may be reassigned according to application procedures.

6. Trial and payment

A newly registered family in a class receives 14 days of free full access. Afterwards, access costs PLN 7 for 12 months per family per class, subject to prices, taxes and regional terms shown in Google Play. One successful payment covers both guardians and all their children in the same class. Other classes require separate payment. Android app payments use Google Play Billing. The Operator does not receive payment card details.

7. User-generated content

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriate scope of information they enter. Content must relate to legitimate class organisation, respect other members' rights and privacy, and not contain unlawful or harmful materials. Financial entries within a class are organisational records; Klasowo does not act as a bank, payment intermediary or accountancy provider.

8. Class permissions and responsibility

Persons managing the class and its finances are responsible for properly authorising entries and protecting access. The Operator provides technical functionality, not verification or guarantees of transactions between class members.

9. Availability and changes

The Operator aims to maintain service security and availability. Maintenance, updates and outages may temporarily affect use. Features, designs and supported devices may change. Users should keep the app up to date.

10. Privacy and security

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and GDPR Information. Users must not access other accounts or bypass service safeguards.

11. Cancellation, complaints and consumer rights

For complaints and requests contact panel@klasowo24.pl. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to the store's purchasing and refund mechanisms and applicable consumer law. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Account closure and final provisions

Accounts may be deleted using the instructions at Delete account. Some records may be retained where legally necessary. These Terms are governed by applicable Polish and European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. If the English text differs from the Polish original, the Polish version describes the original service rules; mandatory legal rights always prevail.
