Deleting your account in class
You can request deletion of your account and data associated with your account. This page is also available without logging in, in compliance with Google Play requirements for apps that allow you to create accounts.
How to delete an account
- Send a message from the email address associated with your account topanel@klasowo24.pl.
- In the subject line, enter:Deleting your Klasowo account.
- Enter your account email address. Do not send password or activation codes.
- If necessary for security, we will ask for additional confirmation that the report comes from the account owner.
What will be deleted
After positive verification of the request, the account will be deleted or anonymized and active sessions will be invalidated. The user's associations with classes and children will be deleted according to the application logic. Data whose retention is required for legal, billing, security or claim defense purposes may be stored for the necessary period.
What about class data
Deleting one parent's account does not automatically delete the entire class or other users' data. If the user was the sole owner or performed an organizational function, Klasowo may transfer the role in accordance with the rules described in the Regulations.
Completion date
We will fulfill your requests without undue delay after confirming your identity and the scope of your instructions. In typical cases this happens within 14 days. Backups can be deleted according to the backup retention cycle.
